In December 1992, Mailman Construction transitioned from a small family-run organization into a full-service development and construction company called Seymour Pacific Developments. 30 years later, Seymour Pacific has built over 130 projects and over 15,000 units. Based in Campbell River, BC, but with projects across Canada, Seymour Pacific continues to deliver quality projects with unparalleled speed and efficiency, while earning a positive reputation across Canada.
