What's it Like Working With Us?

Sub Trade Coordinator

Acts as an expert negotiator to source a variety of construction-related trade contractors for new multi-family residential builds. The Sub Trade Coordinator works closely with site staff and project coordinators to ensure qualified trades are available for new and current construction projects.

Carpenter

The Carpenter role with Seymour performs various residential construction-related duties to support the delivery of project schedules. Our Carpenters have a working knowledge of the residential construction industry and uphold the highest safety standards while on the job.

Quality Control Foreman

The Quality Control (QC) Foreman conducts quality control inspections, identifies issues, and communicates deficiencies with site staff. With good attention to detail, the role inspects all aspects of each new construction build within the assigned region. The Quality Control Foreman communicates regularly with the head office Quality Control Supervisor and Construction Management regarding inspection schedules and results.
